Flexible Work at SPH
For agile working, we rely on cutting-edge methods. When the world of work suddenly changed, our focus was not just on our business – we made a conscious decision to extend our commitment to our team. This was not only natural for us, but also easy to implement, as we already had high workplace flexibility in place since 2010. In addition, we have further developed our SPH FLOW working time model and added another mobile working alternative. This allows our employees to visit relatives who live further away, travel with their families more flexibly or work remotely from other locations, regardless of their home or office location and without having to take time off.
Our Culture of continuous Improvement creates Opportunities

Our SPH ACADEMY provides a variety of elements for highly personalised training. Each team member has an annual budget for individual skills development and personal training. This supports our commitment to the highest levels of competence and excellence in consulting.
For career changers in Microsoft Dynamics, the SPH Academy offers a special onboarding programme. Within about three months, new colleagues are at the next level and can specialise in a future-oriented product.
We also maintain a strong research and education network. As a partner of the Universities of Reutlingen and Nuremberg, we have access to the latest knowledge and expertise in fashion and IT. We also enable our team to pass on their knowledge as lecturers to young students and to support them in their dissertations.
