Company & Management
Digital projects for the SME sector.
From the SME sector. Since 1975.
Since 1975, SPH AG has been supporting medium-sized companies in the fashion, mail order, retail and e-commerce industries with challenging digital transformation projects. Our experience is firmly rooted in the day-to-day reality of SMEs, and that is exactly why we develop solutions that are both functional for everyday use and genuinely innovative.
Our focus is on the strategic design of comprehensive solution landscapes, as well as ERP systems that precisely align with the processes and requirements of these industries. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf approaches, we provide solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing organisations and grow alongside the business.
We take responsibility for every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial scoping and project management to implementation and the stable operation of your systems and platforms. This is not about theoretical concepts, but about robust, reliable results that work in our customers’ daily operations.
Our guiding principle is a clear understanding of what our customers truly need: high-performance, dependable systems, clear decision-making and a trusted partner who is personally accessible at all times and works in close, collaborative partnership.
How we work:
With industry focus
For many years, we have been working with companies in the fashion, retail, mail order and e-commerce sectors. We are deeply familiar with the processes, interdependencies and seasonal demands of these industries. This understanding shapes our projects from the very beginning.
With speed
Our projects are designed for rapid implementation and clear business benefit. Thanks to reliable structures, short decision-making processes and low overheads, progress remains transparent at all times without compromising on quality.
With structure
By using preconfigured systems and proven processes, we create a stable foundation for our projects. This reduces complexity, facilitates decision-making and provides clear direction from the outset.
With proximity
For us, direct communication is more than just a buzzword. Our project teams, key contacts and executive management are always accessible and actively involved in all processes. This enables clear coordination and short lines of communication.
With responsibility
We support our customers throughout the process, from the initial assessment to implementation and ongoing operations. Our responsibility does not end at go-live, but only once the system is running reliably in day-to-day use.
The Management
The management of SPH AG stands for stability, reliability and responsible decision-making. Combining technological expertise, project experience and entrepreneurial leadership, it is committed to positioning the company for long-term economic strength and performance.
This mindset shapes our collaboration with customers, as well as the way projects are managed, decisions are made and responsibility is assumed.

Joachim Zürn
Director Consulting & Business Development
Joachim Zürn is responsible for Consulting and Business Development at SPH AG. In this role, he oversees the entire lifecycle of successful ERP projects in the fashion and retail industries – from initial project initiation through to handover into operations after a successful go-live.
ERP implementations are not purely IT initiatives, but comprehensive transformation projects that require extensive experience to be delivered in a planned, cost-effective and high-quality manner.
For more than 30 years, he has been responsible for the strategic and operational management of complex, international projects involving the implementation and further development of solution landscapes. His primary focus is on projects within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment: from functional, fashion-specific alignment and operational implementation through to a stable go-live and structured transition into operations. Working with interdisciplinary teams, he ensures adherence to timelines, budget control and organisational manageability.
Joachim Zürn structures and manages ERP projects in such a way that solution landscapes are created for the fashion industry that deliver clear customer value and are embraced by the specialist departments. Risk management is as much part of his skill set as a mature project methodology and the consistent implementation of effective change management.
With his extensive experience at the intersection of IT, business functions and C-level management, he significantly shapes SPH’s project and consulting expertise. His in-depth knowledge of the industry, his profound understanding of processes and his proven Microsoft expertise are the foundation on which SPH reliably, efficiently and SME-oriented implements ERP projects. More than 60 successfully completed go-live and rollout steps at leading companies in the industry speak for themselves.
