SPH AG reorganises its management team
With the reorganisation of its management, SPH AG is (continuing to) lay the foundations for the company’s long-term stable and reliable development.
The reorganisation represents continuity, clear responsibilities, and a deliberate focus on the needs of medium-sized companies.
Since 1975, SPH AG has supported companies in the fashion, retail, mail order and e-commerce sectors with digital transformation projects and ERP solutions. Starting out as an IT-oriented project partner, the company has evolved over the decades into a specialised provider of integrated solution landscapes, focusing on practical systems, stable IT architectures and reliable results in everyday operations.
The company’s approach to this day is still shaped by this experience. Solutions must work, projects need structure and momentum, and responsibility does not end with the go-live date. It is not theory that matters, but sustainable operation in day-to-day business.

The management team at SPH AG embodies stability, reliability and responsible decision-making. Combining in-depth Microsoft expertise, extensive project experience and entrepreneurial management, the team aims to implement projects in a realistic, efficient and collaborative manner.
This attitude shapes not only the strategic direction of SPH AG, but also its cooperation with customers. This is reflected in clear decision-making processes, direct communication, and a consistent focus on feasibility. Projects are managed in a structured manner, decisions are made transparently, and responsibility is taken proactively.
A key objective of the reorganisation is to refine decision-making processes further, clearly define responsibilities and align projects even more closely with the actual requirements of customers. The management team is consciously involved in the projects from start to finish.
Management with clear responsibilities
The management of SPH AG consists of Stefan Lerchenmüller, Peter Kuhl und Joachim Zürn.
Stefan Lerchenmüller, Executive Board Member and Shareholder, has been part of SPH AG for many years and plays a key role in shaping the company’s technological direction. He is responsible for stable IT architectures and practical ERP solutions based on Microsoft technologies and personally accompanies customer projects throughout all project phases.
Peter Kuhl, Director Finance & HR, has over the past 25 years served as CFO for several software and IT companies, guiding them through to sale or IPO. His focus is on well-founded planning and corporate management based on project- and sales-oriented controlling.
Joachim Zürn, Director Consulting & Business Development, has extensive project and consultancy experience in the fashion and retail industries. For over 30 years, he has supported ERP projects by providing in-depth industry knowledge, a strong understanding of processes, and proven Microsoft expertise. This combination forms the basis for the reliable, controlled, and SME-oriented implementation of ERP projects at SPH AG. His experience is underscored by over 60 successfully implemented go-live and rollout steps at relevant companies in the industry.
Proximity to SMEs as a guiding principle
This team will bring proximity to customers and projects into sharper focus than ever before. This will result in equal cooperation, direct communication, short channels and personal contacts at all levels. The outcome will be clear coordination, reliable decision-making and solutions that stand the test of time.
All development and project services are delivered in Germany. SPH AG relies exclusively on its own teams, rather than nearshore or offshore models. This ensures close coordination, consistently high quality, fast response times and the reliable delivery of complex projects.
