Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance in Record Time of only 3 Months at Digel

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations is a modern and powerful ERP system that integrates all business processes in one solution. In 2023, DIGEL AG, a leader in innovative menswear and a pioneer in the European menswear segment, opted for the IN:FASHION industry solution to replace fragmented systems and create a solid foundation for further growth. The implementation started in October 2023 with the introduction of Finance as part of the comprehensive ERP transformation.

Just three months later, in January 2024, DIGEL successfully launched the new finance system based on MS Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations. This was the starting signal for the further introduction of the fully integrated IN:FASHION platform. The success resulted from a consistent standard implementation, the commitment of the finance team with key users at DIGEL and the expertise of the SPH team, who have detailed process knowledge and extensive experience in the finance sector. The further implementation of the IN:FASHION solution will continue in order to map all of DIGEL AG’s business processes from product development, model and outer fabric allocation, production planning and control as well as sales across all channels and to drive forward digitalisation.
