Detlef Beiter

Detlef Beiter has been chairman of the board and shareholder of SPH AG since 2015. He is responsible for the strategic positioning and the business growth of the company.
He holds a diploma in business administration and before joining SPH AG, worked for the international IT service provider Atos Origin. As a member of the executive board at Atos Origin Central Europe, he was responsible for sales and key account management. Subsequently, in his role as managing director, he was responsible for the German business of GFT AG. In his position as chairperson of the board of ICT AG, Detlef Beiter established the company as the leading supplier of IT and media technology in Europe and developed the international business with large-scale projects. Most recently, he worked as CSO for Mackevision Medien Design GmbH in Stuttgart and excelled in achieving a strong increase in global business.

Jochen Strähle is an international fashion & textile management expert trained at Friedrich-Schiller-University Jena (G), Universidade de Coimbra (PT), and the University of London. He is considered one of the world’s most influential experts in the fashion, textile and retail industry, the fashion scene and the New Fashion Commerce. Today, the fashion expert is dean of the Faculty of Textile & Design, member of the senate and professor for international fashion management at Reutlingen University/TEXOVERSUM. Prior to joining Reutlingen University, he was CEO of the leading fashion online retailer in Central and Eastern Europe. He has held many top-level fashion management positions in the fashion industry in Germany and abroad. For us, he will take over the entire congress moderation together with Detlef Beiter in his usual lively manner and lead the panel discussion in the third part of the programme.

Jan Viebig is Chief Investment Officer (CIO) at ODDO BHF SE and is responsible for the Polaris fund range of ODDO BHF Asset Management. Prior to this, the economist, who holds a PhD and habilitation, held senior positions at Swiss-based Vontobel Asset Management, Credit Suisse, and DWS Investment. In addition to his activities in the financial sector, he also teaches at Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main.

Dietmar “Didi” Axt knows the fashion industry like the back of his hand.
He is an industry expert, consultant, inspirer, visionary – and a strong brand himself.

Dietmar Axt began his career at Esprit.
In 2002, he moved to Diesel, where he established the German subsidiary.
From 2006, he served as Executive Board Member for Sales and Licensing at Tom Tailor.
Following the successful IPO in 2010, he left the company and joined the executive leadership team at the Falke Group.
After his time as Managing Director at Mustang, he became self-employed in 2019 to broaden his sphere of influence.

Peter Wienand heads the IT consulting portfolio at Roland Berger. He has many years of experience in building and managing large-scale digital and IT transformations. His clients primarily come from the defense and aerospace sectors, as well as the automotive and consumer goods industries.
Before entering the consulting field, Peter spent many years in the telecommunications and SaaS industries. He began his career at a German diversified industrial group, with roles spanning infrastructure, sales, and consumer goods. In 2004, he was appointed Vice President of Product Development and later assumed responsibility for the B2B business of a leading global telecommunications provider. In 2017, he was named Managing Director of a global online booking platform.

André Soulier

André Soulier is the founder and CEO of Nayoki Performance GmbH, a leading owner-managed digital agency based in Munich.
Since its founding in 2004, he has developed Nayoki into a renowned full-service agency for digital marketing, specializing in performance, data, consulting, technology, media, and influencer marketing.
Soulier began his professional career in online marketing in the United States, where he worked with and was entrepreneurially involved in leading lead generation companies such as Leadcreations LLC and One2One Interactive LLC.
With his deep knowledge of strategies and metrics from the U.S. market, he quickly succeeded in establishing Nayoki in the German market.
Under his leadership, Nayoki was acquired by Bertelsmann AG in 2010 and evolved into a full-service performance marketing agency.
In 2016, Soulier co-founded the influencer agency Addfame with Stephan Fehske, which has since grown into one of Germany’s top influencer agencies.
In 2018, he also established the joint venture Nayoki Mediaplus in cooperation with the Serviceplan Group SE, with the goal of offering clients a true full-funnel approach.
In 2025, Soulier expanded Nayoki’s portfolio through the acquisition of the Essen-based consulting firm Connected Retail Experts (CRE).
This strategic move strengthens the agency group’s capabilities in digital retail consulting and supports its mission to provide integrated solutions for its clients.
CRE will continue to operate under its established brand, but under the organizational umbrella of Nayoki.
Today, Nayoki’s client portfolio includes well-known brands such as BMW, Unilever, Adler, Seidensticker, and GfK.

Wolfgang Schenke has been Head of Ex-cellence-Center Fashion für SPH since 2017. Before that, he was senior consultant and project manager and has 20 years of ex-perience with ERP projects in Germany and abroad, mostly on the basis of Mi-crosoft Dynamics. He has exceptional industry and process knowledge in the fashion, sports, footwear and outdoor industry. Among his consultancy clients are many reputable companies from all segments of the fashion industry. With his competence and experience, the fashion expert has contributed significantly to SPH’s success.
Wolfgang Schenke successfully complet-ed his studies in business administration with a focus on Materials Management and Data Processing at the Duale Hochschule Mannheim.

Since 1 February 2021, Eduard Vinokurov has been CCO of SPH AG. As a member of the management board, he is responsible for the Consulting Business area. Eduard Vinokurov is Diplom-Mathematiker (graduate in mathematics). In addition, he studied medical informatics in Heidelberg. He has long-time experience and in-depth expertise in the fields of digitalisation, e-commerce and omnichannel. For 13 years, he worked for diconium GmbH and, among other posts, he held the position of Director Business Development. Before joining SPH AG, he was head of Zeitfracht digital at Zeitfracht GmbH for seven years. He was responsible for e-commerce and digital business and worked with topics related to AI and Big Data.

Sebastian Schneider has been with SPH AG as Head of Consulting since 2011. For more than 15 years, he has been performing in many roles in numerous ERP and IT projects in the fashion, sports, retail and e-commerce sectors. With his focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, he develops strategies and tools for SPH AG that accelerate and simplify projects through collaboration and automation. Sebastian studied information technology with a focus on network and software technology.
