Dear partners of this year's Digital Fashion & Retail Days

It will soon be that time again and we would like to welcome you to the 6th edition of the Digital Fashion & Retail Days (DFRD)!
It is a pleasure to welcome our long-time companions as well as new partners in our midst. On this page you will find all the relevant information and deadlines relating to your participation – from participant registration to content and logistics. The aim is to make the organisation as easy as possible for you and at the same time ensure the best possible visibility for your appearance. We look forward to organising a real industry highlight with you again!

Kick-off the DFRD 2025 together with us!

We warmly invite all partners to join us for an exclusive pre-event dinner on 17 September 2025 from 19:00 – the perfect opportunity to connect, exchange ideas and start the event in a relaxed atmosphere.

Please register in advance if you wish to attend (registration form for your participants).

Partner booths

The partner stands are located in the foyer of the conference centre.
You will receive the exact location approx. 4 weeks before the start of the event.

Equipment per stand:
🔹 1 × 55″ display (HDMI/USB, floor stand)
🔹 1 × high table
🔹WLAN & power connection
🔹 Use of own laptops/USB sticks for presentation
🔹 Roll-ups & give-aways possible (please note space)
🔹 Staffing stands during the breaks

Overnight stay

Please organise your own accommodation. A maximum of 3 people per partner can attend.

For the Networking Night there is a shuttle from/to the hotels listed below outside the Öschberghof:

Each partner received a customised marketing kit by email – with templates for mailings, headers, teaser boxes and social media. The DFRD logos (PNG & SVG) are also included. We will proactively promote DFRD on LinkedIn – with posts on:

Participant registration

So that we can plan properly, please register each person individually. Only complete information guarantees a smooth process – including shuttle, catering, evening events and more.
